Our Self Catering Studios
Welcome to our three self-catering studios, each designed for comfort, privacy, and a true Highland experience. Every studio features a combined living and bedroom space, along with a separate kitchen and bathroom, giving you everything you need for a relaxed, independent stay. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer retreat, our studios provide a cozy base from which to explore the beauty and charm of Invermoriston and the surrounding Highlands.
Other things to note
Our studios are non-smoking space, including e-cigarettes and vaping. We have a small smoking area at the front of the car park, and we welcome considerate smokers to use this space.
We have a dedicated luggage store for use by luggage transfer services.

Super King Studio
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil highlands Super King studio, close to Loch Ness, surrounded by nature.
This ground floor studio comprises 1 bedroom with super king bed, living area and bathroom with a step-in shower and a hairdryer. In the well-equipped kitchen, guests will find an induction hob, refrigerator, kitchenware and oven. The apartment features a dining area, wardrobe and smart TV with streaming services.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the studio.
The space
A self contained studio with private ground floor entrance in a purpose built holiday let, close to Loch Ness and a great base for exploring the highlands by car, public transport or for those hiking the Great Glen Way.
The living area of this studio has a great view to the trees and mountains, a natural habitat and feeding ground for many different species of birds and beloved red squirrels.
The studio benefits from free WiFi, double glazing, on demand hot water and thermostat controlled heating.
Kitchen
A fully featured kitchen with fridgefreezer, microwave, pots & pans, crockery, utensils, electric kettle, oven, induction hob, toaster, dining area and dining table.
Bathroom
A private bathroom featuring walk-in shower, toilet, sink, free toiletries, non slip mat for shower, hairdryer, toilet paper and towels.
Bedroom & Living Area
The carpeted bedroom and living area includes a super king bed, which can be configured into two single beds, wardrobe, comfy sofa, free sat smart TV with the ability to log-in to streaming services (Netflix, iPlayer, etc), desk, local area attractions and amenity guide, clothes airer, selection of books, and selection of travel adaptors for convenience.
The studio has guest parking for one car and all the amenities for your self-catering stay.

Twin Studio
